Credit Card Processing
Orders are not billed to a credit card until the product
is available to ship. It is still required that a credit
card be verified at time of order placement. Customers
must provide correct billing address that matches what
the credit card issuer has record of. Failure to provide
the appropriate and accurate credit card information
may result in the Customer's order not being processed
and the entire order cancelled.
Credit cards that are rejected during processing may
result in the Customer's entire order being cancelled.
Orders may be replaced only after authorization of the
credit card transaction is received, provided stock
is still available.
Payment
You are responsible to pay all amounts owed, in accordance
with the billing terms in effect at the time the merchandise
is prepared for shipment. Racewearonline.com reserves
the right to change the prices for merchandise sold
at anytime.
Pricing
Some prices may be subject to change and certain merchandise
is subject to availability. While we make every effort
to ensure the accuracy of information presented in any
media, an occasional error may occur. We reserve the
right to make corrections, and apologize for any inconvenience.
Shipping
Customers will be responsible for all applicable shipping
fees (if any) at time of order fulfillment. Shipping
and handling charges are charged per invoice, NOT per
order. Orders with multiple shipments will incur multiple
charges. Whenever possible we will combine several items
onto one invoice. Minimum shipping and handling charge
is $4.50.
Additional Offerings
Periodically, Racewearonline.com may have the opportunity
to provide special offerings to its customers which
may require that information be sent through direct
mail services, email, or fax. Racewearonline.com will
not be held responsible for any delays caused by delivery
from the Postal Service or other mailing systems which
result in the products not being available at the time
of the customer's receipt of the offerings.
